All appointments must be booked in advance, either online, by phone, or in person.
Please arrive on time for your session. If you are late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid disruption to other patients.
Initial appointments include an assessment and treatment where appropriate.
2. Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours or failure to attend may incur a full session fee.
We understand emergencies happen—please contact us as soon as possible if you are unable to attend.
3. Fees and Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
